Physical doesn't mean sexual. Sexual doesn't mean physical. So when you say my relationship is "too physical," and you mean it's too much of "hugs of affirmation, kisses of sweetness, and holding hands for reassurance," then I'm sorry. But if you mean "too sexual," then say that specifically so I can tell you how wrong you are.
