Everything becomes infinitely less complicated when you learn what makes you happy, what makes you sad, what works for you and what doesn't. And most importantly, why these things affect you the way they do.

However, if you only focus on trying to avoid, cover, and run away from the things that rub you the wrong way, then who the hell is searching for the things that will make you happy? Only you can do that. And that's why that's where our interests should lie at this point in life.
