2Tuesday, February 12, 2013 | post a comment {0}Today... was half good, half disappointing.I had 2 lemon bread buns about the size of half my fist for breakfast. They weren't big, but I have this bad feeling that they aren't too good for you :( I had 2 bananas throughout the morning. Then I ate 3 pieces of the Swedish tea ring we made in senior foods 4th period. *cringe* That was bad, I know. I have to be more cautious about what I eat during senior foods from now on... I think I'll eat what we make, but only eat half of my quarter portion and give the rest to other people. I drank a mug of green tea with it though, which was delicious. Good way to incorporate more water, and it had antioxidants too :D I had the Brown wrap from Wicked Good Cafe for lunch. Heavy in calories from the spinach tortilla wrap I'm guessing, but it's filled with lettuce, red onions, cucumbers, chicken, tomatoes, hard boiled eggs, and a drizzle of ranch sauce. I think that's alright, but I'm just going to skip it from now on. I probably shouldn't eat calorie heavy things like that until I can match it with adequate work outs and exercise. I drank a lot more water than yesterday c: It feels goooood. (Besides having to pee literally twice every period. Small bladder for the lose hahaha) Ate baked salmon and salad for dinner. My daddy made it perfectly<3 I got a huuuge chunk and it was delicious. He put a little lemon and basil on top, and lightly buttered the pan. I ate it early and slow. Sooo good, sooo full. Estimated calorie intake: 1133 I did some ab and inner thigh workouts today in gym and I'm going to go running tonight. Kinda fell asleep at 5:30 yesterday and didn't wake up until this morning...so the gym and salmon dinner thing kind of didn't happen. BUT I PLAN TO BE CONSCIOUS THIS EVENING AND DO SOME GOOD CARDIO YEAAAAYUH. I'm going to get a good night's sleep tonight because tomorrow I have dance practice for showcase on Friday :) Excited! Woot woot. PS, People say your mood is supposed to brighten when you become a healthier person. I hope that kicks in soon, and this sluggish, anti-socialness is just a product of my body adjusting :( I have felt extremely awkward and irritable the past two days, and I don't like it. Oh well. Optimism, optimism. |
