I have officially decided that I am going to consciously make a change to the diet and exercise in my life. Not just to get skinner (even though that's part of it) but to to be a healthier, happier person. I'm done being fat-skinny. I know that I'm not FAT (on the outside), but I will always feel and think I'm fat if I'm only skinny-ish due to favorable genetics. I actually want to be healthy. I actually want to have energy and self confidence.

SO... I'm going to remind myself:

-Water water water water water water water. Bringing a water bottle to school.No more drinking soda, unnatural fruit juices, milk, etc.

-Eating. No more switching off between bingeing and starving. Eating healthy, eating less. No to fast food, chocolate, white starches, beef. Yes to juicing, fruits and veggies, fish, whole grains. No more feeling painfully full; all about small meals throughout the day.

-Exercising! Going to just straight up run. No more making the excuse "Well I can do ab workouts..." My goal is to become slim and to lose unhealthy fat, therefore I am accepting the fact that I must do cardio. Gym every other night for 30 minutes of interval running. Ugh fuck me. This will be the hardest part. STILL OPTIMISTIC.

-Sleep. Note to self proper sleep is just as important as a good diet and exercise regime. No more going to bed at 2AM and waking up for school at 5:30. No more compensating for my exhaustion by sleeping until 3PM on the weekends and feeling like shit.


I CAN DO THIS. I CAN FREAKING DO THIS. Starting and stumbling is better than not starting at all. Okay. Alright. Pumped, let's go.

Current weight: 110 lbs
Goal weight: 90 lbs/healthy

PS, Idk who even reads my blog anymore but I am slightly to very embarrassed of putting my weight up for others to see. But that's part of the motivation for me. Everyone needs to start somewhere!
