I ate a lot of junk food and didn't work out :( But a lifestyle takes time to change, so as long as I don't get discouraged it's okay! It's an on going process, I remind myself.For breakfast I ate a piece of whole grain bread with peanut butter on it. For lunch I had the small bowl of whole grain pasta with marinara sauce from school and a carton of skim milk (ew T_T). I ate 5 of the meringue cookies we made in senior foods throughout the day. I don't think they're terrible in terms of calories or amount of sugar but I need to practice my self control when it comes to sweets :c For dinner I think I'm going to eat some salmon yum. I am happy and sad to announce that I have caught Jashn's disease in needing to go to bed early :'D I sleep around 9 or 10 now, and 12 feels really late to me. I'd say I get around 7 to 9 hours of sleep every night, average being about 8 :) I need to get back to drinking more water! My eyes and lips have been so dry the past week because I literally drank none :( Sorry orbitals and inguinal system. I drank 4 cups today though, so I hope I can get at least 2 more in. We did yoga sculpt in gym, and it's probably the most boring, repetitive and unengaging workout ever. But a workout is a workout. And if I'm not going to take initiative to go to the gym and do my own stuff, I guess something is better than nothing. Maybe I'll do some reps of mountain climbers and squats tonight. Anyhoo, I have misplaced my iPod so for the time being I don't have my MyFitnessPal to count calories. I kind of like it that way though. Focus on eating healthy and moderating portions, and the right amount of calories will come naturally. Noiceee. Edit: I did have salmon for dinner, and it was deliciousss. Unfortunately I caved and had a cup of white rice with it. I'm going to try and convince my mom to buy brown rice though, to eliminate temptation from that pot of steaming, fluffy goodness ;__; I had half a cup of craisins and half a cup of salted almonds as snacks. And I drank 2 cups of water since posting 3 hours ago, so I'm at 6 cups now~ Woot woot. Now if only I didn't need to pee every two seconds hahaha |
