BE HEALTHY BE HEALTHY BE HEALTHY. I feel like a loser every time I give up for awhile and decide to restart. Thoughts like "Why do you even bother? You're just going to fail again" or "Don't you see? It's too late to change" plague my mind. But then I realize, it's NEVER too late to change. I have my entire life to live and it's both too long and too short to ever feel unsatisfied. There are a lot of things we can't change in our lives, but my health and my body are some of the things I can. I'm not dieting or going through a phase, I'm struggling through a lifestyle change. That's how I like to think of it anyways. I didn't become chubby in a week, therefore I can't expect to become skinny in a week.

After a sleepover, Jashn and I went to iHop for breakfast. I got a pot of coffee, the spinach-tomato-cheese-mushroom omelette, and a side of hash browns. Rediscovered my love for black coffee<3 The omelette was delicious. 330 calories of protein-y, melt-y goodness. The hash browns though...sigh. 320 calories and 14 grams of fat :( It's okay...baby steps. I've realized I can't quit cold turkey. If I try and deprive myself, I clearly just give up and hella binge later.

I snacked on almonds, blueberries and craisins when I got home. Yum. For dinner I had cabbage and fish cake (?) soup. I don't know what the hell it's actually called but you know what I mean...that Asian stuff that looks like tofu but it's actually fish paste... I think.

Though I haven't been eating as healthy since my last effort, I've been continuing with other healthy habits :) I drink at least 2 bottles of water everyday and I usually get at least 6 hours of sleep. I feel so accomplished knowing these two habits, which I used to think were impossible, come so easily now.

Anyways, Lily and I did Blogilates today. It was FUCKING AWWWWEEESOME. The girl is amazing, and so are her workouts. We did the videos: Fat-burning cardio, Bubble butt, Victoria Secret model abs, and Silent cardio. Just 4 youtube videos in the middle of our room, and we were sweating and quivering. I got in a better workout than I've had in weeks! Definitely going to stick to this. There's no excuse to not workout when I can't hit the gym anymore :P

ONE LAST THING! I have lost 3 pounds! I know that weight is affected by a variety of things, but I've weighed myself for the past 3 weeks and it's stayed consistent (: I don't know if I'm just thinking wishfully, but my stomach looks a little flatter too. MOTIVATION.
